I received my VA license in 2009, MD in 2010 and the District of Columbia last year. What I have been doing is trying to learn as much as I can on my own regarding CRE terms,types of financing, property types etc. My ultimate goal is to become a commercial real estate developer. Unfortunately I am finding it very difficult to find realtors who are willing to work with an agent with little to no experience in CRE so your advice will be graciously received..
